- As a part of our international team you develop innovative e-mobility power electronic products (e.g. Auxiliary / Low-Power DC/DC Converters, High-Power / Fuel Cell DC/DC Converters and Onboard Chargers)
- Based on system specifications you create HW specification, HW architecture and detailed HW design
- You calculate and simulate electronic circuits and select respective components
- The communication with suppliers regarding required component characteristics and component roadmaps is within your responsibility
- You design power stages, digital and analog control circuits and collaborate on DFM
- You perform HW unit and integration tests and you collaborate on system integration tests with the system and testing team
- The identification of technical risks and the definition of mitigation plans are part of your tasks

BRUSA HyPower specializes in electrical energy conversion systems such as DC/DC converters and onboard charging systems. What you will move in this role:
What skills and experience you should bring:
- You successfully completed the study in Electrical Engineering or Physics (University Degree or University of Applied Sciences degree)
- You have profound experiences in the HW design in some of the following fields
- SiC and GaN power converter design including mag. elements and EMC filter elements
- HF-skills in OBC communication interfaces (e.g. Powerline)
- DFMEA and DFMEDA, functional safety according ISO 26262
- Fluent experience in Spice circuit simulations and work in laboratory are needed
- Preferably experiences with Matlab and Altium Designer
- Knowledge of Plecs, Maxwell 3D, Q3D, Simplorer (Twin Builder) is an advantage
- Experiences with A-Spice or the automotive electronic design is ideal
- You are characterized by a solution-oriented and team-supportive approach
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written), German is an advantage
