- You lead the technical discussions with the customers during the project-definition phase
- You are responsible to support the Project team in clarifying the customer requirements and agreeing on the specification items
- You actively search for new applications where existing products could be used
- You collect customer requests and present them to the organization as possible new product developments or design variants (new functions, new certification- for new markets, modified working parameters, customer-specific interface-tools)
- You maintain close communication with the project team to synchronize about the product status, functionality and development schedule
- You train the Sales Engineer and the Product Engineer about the product characteristics, functionality, product limitations, etc.
- You work together with the Product Engineer in preparing and updating the product documentation needed by BRUSA Customers (Provide content for the product documentation)
- You support for Product documentation improvement, based on Customer feedback (Toolchain, bug-tracking, FAQ /database, guidelines, etc.), together with Product and Sales Engineering
- If necessary, you also work in the lab
