  • Consent to have data processed by the BRUSA HyPower AG

    Thank you for your interest in the BRUSA HyPower AG. Before you submit your application documents, we would like to inform you with the following privacy statement about how we process your data.
    This privacy statement also applies to applications that are submitted through recruiters and to the processing of the data from the corresponding contact person. The recruiter is obligated to inform the applicant about this privacy statement.

    1. Consent
     By registering at BRUSA HyPower AG you are giving the company your personal details in the form of a specific application for the purposes of finding employment. Your data will be stored and processed in systems belonging to our software partner Haufe-umantis AG.

    2. Data protection and confidentiality
     We take data protection seriously. BRUSA HyPower AG and our software partner Haufe-umantis AG have taken the organizational and technical measures required to protect the confidentiality of your application. Under the terms of their employment contract or their contractual basis, all of the employees in our HR department and as well as of our software partner are obligated to keep personal details secret.

    3. Using your personal details
     All the data and application documents provided by you are only saved, evaluated, edited or forwarded internally. They are only accessible to employees in the HR department and to those individuals who are responsible for making the selection at BRUSA HyPower AG. Under no circumstances will your data be passed on to any company or individual outside of the BRUSA HyPower AG. The data may be used for statistical purposes (e.g. reportings). In such cases, nothing can be traced to any individual.

    4. Right to information
     You may submit a request to find out which data about you is being processed. Please submit this to our HR department. You may access your electronic data at any time in order to change it or to delete it yourself.

    5. Saving and deleting the data
     Should you take up employment at BRUSA HyPower AG, your personal data, or at least a part of it, will be added to your personnel file. In our recruitment system your data will be anonymized and remain available for statistical purposes. However, in this case, nothing can be traced to any individual.
    If you have applied but been rejected, your data will be stored for another 6 months after the application process has ended and then deleted or anonymized.

    If you have applied, but we are unable to offer you a suitable position at that time, we have the possibility to add your application to a talent pool if you approve and provide us a written permission. If your application is added to a talent pool, the data will be stored for 12 months and then be deleted or anonymized.

    6. International data protection
    The data provided by you can be processed by different subsidiaries of the BRUSA HyPower AG and hence also outside of Switzerland. Your data will only be transferred to employees responsible for the respective vacancies.
    As far as personal data are transmitted or processed abroad, the data protection regulations of the respective country in which your data are processed also apply. Should BRUSA HyPower AG transfer your data to a country where national laws provide for a lesser protection of your data, contractual, technical and organizational measures will be taken in order to ensure an adequate and lawful protection of your personal data.
